Day 1: Welcome Eagles- A tribute welcome program, plenary session and a Welcome Dinner and Assembly follows

Day 2: Spread the Wings- Planning Workshop 8:00-12:00

Presentation of Model Local Council By-Laws (ABES Officers)

3:00 Free Time / Tour for Guests from other Local Chapters

3:00-5:00PM Election of Officers for the Term 2011-2013 (2 years)

to be participated by Local Members (Olongapo and Zambales)

7:00 EAGLES' NIGHT Follows (Guests and Local Participants)

Day 2: A day tour at Grande' Island- (whole day Fun, Fellowship and Bonding) and Extra (OPEN) Fellowship Night at Olongapo City
