2005 JOTA/JOTI Circular / ScoutLink

As you see we are trying to celebrate JOTA / JOTI as a common event. Therefore we are publishing a combined circular for 2005.

There is other good news:
ScoutLink Council decided to just have WOSM/WAGGGS members. As a result we appointed the ScoutLink Network as the official JOTI network. Since ScoutLink is the safest Scout only IRC network there is no reason to not cooperate with them both on a world and a national level.
