The Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines started in 1989 with the aim of recognizing Scouts who have shown outstanding qualities of school and community leadership, academic excellence and good moral conduct.

They are the cream of the crop, the youth role model of the society.

They are the scouts who best exemplify the Scouting Ideals, embodying the Scout Oath and Law.

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines have already recognized more than 100 Outstanding Scouts who have become respectable citizens and leaders of the Nation.
